Also, a special prayer  for Peyton Unterborn, two year old grandson of Paul and Mary Unterborn, who was recently diagnosed with cancer of a kidney.  May our Lord bless and keep him and his parents as he undergoes various treatments, including chemotherpy. We thank all those who participated in the fund raising benefit for Peyton Unterborn to help the family with his medical expenses.  The Lord blessed the monies raised and the final amount was over $2100 which will be matched by a grant from Thrivent for Lutherans.

We would also like to thank all of those who donated to the Walk for Babies for the Women's Care Center in Dayton, TN.  Per our chuch coordinator, Gail Lane, $600 was raised for this event from Prince of Peace.
